• Design exhibition packages
• Produce exhibition guides including profiles of all exhibitors
• Target and discuss and negotiate packages with potential sponsors and exhibitors
• Sell sponsorship and exhibition stands to the target audience on client’s behalf
• Sell delegate places on client’s behalf
• Ensure all exhibitor and delegate lists are kept updated – and available for view by client / key sponsors
• Ensure appropriate branding is produced and displayed
• Regularly liaise with sponsors to ensure they feel an integral part of the event and get the attention they deserve
• Liaise with exhibitors and contractors to ensure they are at all times appraised of developments
• Ensure any additional onsite staffing including, attendants, stewards and delegate hosts are supplied
